    We stayed for a convention. Has reservations for 2 nights. Our hotel room did not have air conditioning and the RUDE help did NOTHING to help with the problem. They would not move us or upgrade us. It was a run down property. would not recommend it to anyone. At check out the manager and help were not helpful and RUDE!!!
    3 smiles Served it's purpose!
    rented a hotel room at the Clarion for a bachelorette party at Pete's Piano Bar in downtown Fort Worth and was pleased. Those working the front desk during our visit were completely accommodating and seemed happy to help us enjoy ourselves. the hotel room left a little to be desired (speakers on the TV kept having feedback from cell phones throughout the night, which woke us up repeatedly), in addition overall was satisfied.
